THE TRACKER  

 "How can I track my order?" We will inform you via Mail as soon as your order leaves production. Within the email you will find your tracking number as well as your tracking link to follow up on your parcel. Be aware that we can only provide you tracking information if you have chosen the corresponding shipping option.

 

MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT CAN I DO? 

 Here is what you can do to follow up on your order:

If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, check the link and look out for your estimated delivery date and remember that shipping has greatly slowed due to covid-19.

If it's really late the easiest and fastest thing to do is to write down your tracking number and contact your local post office. You will find the tracking number within the mailing we have sent you to confirm the shipping of your order. Maybe your product is there waiting for you.

THE TRACKING LINK DOES NOT SHOW MY ENTIRE ADRESS?

 Do not worry about that, the tracking link only shows part of the address. What's important is that you have filled in your entire address once you have placed your order.

 

TRANSACTION PROBLEMS

 "I have finally chosen my product but I can not proceed with my transaction?"

Transaction issues are not amusing, I recommend that you check your account details with Paypal first. It could be something simple such as a new bank card that has arrived and needs to be registered? Check it out & good luck!

 

DO YOU DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

 The places we do not ship to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

 

CUSTOM FEES SUCK!

 "I received my product but had to pay extra due to custom fees. Do I need to pay those extra fees?"

Unfortunately yes, I am so sorry for the customs charge but please understand that there is nothing I can do about this. Please understand that I do not refund customs fees as stated in my shipping, returns and refund policy.
